Due to public input regarding the non-residential uses proposed on this site in the past, the Village Board through recommendations from the Planning Board has adopted the following code for the Smokey Hollow PDD located at 100 LaMadre Way and 104 Smokey Hollow Road:

Article XXVI Smokey Hollow Development District
§ 345-121 Land use.
A. There shall be the following uses allowed in the district:
(1) Multiple-family dwelling(s).
(2) Two-family dwelling(s).
(3) "Family adult day-care home," defined as a program caring for adults for more than three hours per day per person in which day care is provided in a single-family dwelling for three to six adults.
(4) "Residential care facility,"
