Equipment Installation
Delivery and installation of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Testing and calibration of production systems.
Commissioning & Production Ramp
System commissioning, test production runs, and gradual ramp-up to full manufacturing capacity. Training and certification of operations staff. First production expected in late 2030. The full site buildout (all four fabs) is scheduled to continue through 2041, with full operational capacity reached by 2045.

- Wetland Mitigation Launch: Work has begun on the mandated environmental offsets, including the creation of bat habitats and sediment control systems
- Infrastructure Staging: Temporary power and construction water lines are being extended to the site perimeter to support the 4,200 workers expected at peak
- Mobilization Phase: Contractor Gilbane has established the primary on-site construction offices and logistics hubs
- Legal/Compliance: Monitoring ongoing environmental litigation (Jobs to Move America lawsuit) to ensure no work stoppages occur
